Designation : Business Development Manager
Job Description : Managing existing sellers (& new sellers that are getting onboarded everyday) Increasing engagement on the platform (through enquiry generation & business leads) Relationship management with existing sellers and clients Handholding in business enquiries and lead closures Responsible for Revenue Generation through different available channels Up-selling, Cross-selling, internet-space selling, ad-space selling Client retention, upgradation and improve sales process Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to the specifications. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales. Be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company. Responsible for revenue generation from international market. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 4+ years of Work Experience, any graduate in any specialization (+MBA) Excellent communication skill (both oral and written) Prior experience in similar work environment (Ex – B2B marketplace / B2B E-commerce) Prior experience in dealing with international clients is required Prior experience in B2B environment, especially in Metal Industry would be a big plus Prior experience of being responsible for revenue generation is absolutely MUST LOCATION: The candidate should be comfortable and adoptive to WFH (base location for the role is – Kolkata). Once we would be free to move around, expect domestic as well as international travel be a part of this role.
