Job Description : Supervised the Maintenance Management staff & conducted performance reviews of workers and technician. Provided strong leadership & technical expertise to maintain existing procedures & operations of furnace and equipments. Assisted and guided the Maintenance workers in carrying out the maintenance repair work. Maintained all Maintenance shop equipment & repaired/replaced them to ensure proper functioning. Ensured whether all Maintenance is following the prescribed safety policies and guidelines as mentioned. Used different techniques & guidelines to ensure a safe Environment around the plant and premises. Recommended different ways of improvement & expansion in the current facility in the furnace. Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts & maintained history of equipment & others through computerized system. Designed & documents manual to simplify the work for the Maintenance department in the future.
