Designation : Business Development Executive

Job Description : Required Skills / Criteria: 1. Experience with new business development at any Digital Marketing/PR agency 2. Strong network of connects with key stakeholders from institutes / organizations 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 4. Working knowledge of mainstream digital marketing platforms 5. Broad understanding of the business development process Required Qualifications: 1. Minimum 4 years of work experience 2. Education Qualifications a. Preferred - MBA degree from a Tier-2 institute b. Mandatory – Bachelor’s degree Key Responsibilities: 1. Leverage own network of connects to drive new business for SRV Media 2. Mine for key contacts from potential prospects across target industries to either upscale revenue or add to the company’s portfolio of renowned clients 3. Drive awareness and presence for SRV Media and its portfolio of offered services across new regions and industries where SRV is looking to grow into 4. Conduct initial round of meetings with key prospects to discuss and understand their marketing strategy / objectives / pain points / requirements 5. Take up the role of a digital marketing/ PR consultant who can accurately identify the pain points of prospects and accordingly chalk out a detailed strategy and roadmap outlining the scope of services that SRV can take up for them 6. Develop detailed pitch presentations and commercial proposals outlining the recommended strategy and scope of activities that can help in achieving the set objectives 7. Conduct the pitch meeting and the final negotiation meetings to close the client and finalize the contract agreement / purchase order and the payments schedule 8. Provide a detailed handover brief of the onboarded project to the operations team 9. Handle the complete invoicing process to ensure receipt of inwards on a regular basis as per the finalised payment terms 10. Stay connected with the onboarded client to ensure smooth execution of the project against the proposed activities and drive opportunities for up-selling / cross-selling any additional services offered by SRV Media What will you learn / get? 1.
