Designation : Sales and Marketing Engineer (Electrical / Civil)
Job Description : Degree engineers with civil / electrical background having a clear idea for the project sales with exposure to work with the major project houses like L&T / JMC Project / ITD Cementation / Shapoorji & Paloonji etc & project owners like ITC / TCS / Infosys / Private & Other Govt. Hospitals etc. Has an exposure to attend prebid meeting & discussions with the Govt. organizations/ PSUs/semi govt. & few deciding authorities of major companies. He/She has to have a Liaso with key persons of these aforesaid institutions for generating enqueries and explore opportunities taking into considerations the various applications He/She needs to have experiences to prepare the tender documents & post submission of the tender on behalf of organization, incumbent needs to attend the opening of technical and commercial bid as per the pre-determined schedule of the client All necessary commercial parameters like terms & conditions of the tender needs to be scrutinised thoroughly & report to the team leader as per the policy well in advance. Coordination with finance & other cross functional departments needs to be done accordingly. Preferces will be given to those candidates with substantial exposure in closing contracts independently. The incumbent should have an effective communication skills both in writing & verbal with a good command over the English language Good at MS- Office, Excel , power point & understanding in Auto CAD Incumbent should be technically sound in their respective field with a clear understanding in offer preparation, submission & meeting various level of customers to close the deal , knowledge on competitor activities, payment collection Has to have his own sets of customers in the building construction segment Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill The selected candidate has to serve our organisation minimum 1 year strictly Open for travelling in the region having techno commercial acumen with a flair for technical sales for 2-3 years (minimum) & In house training shall be provided by us.
