Designation : Marketing Executive

Job Description : We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: ● Formulation of Branding & Marketing Strategies ● Planning Marketing requirement in the region for all the product offerings which should culminate into revenue generation ● Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. ● Responsible for establishing and managing a marketing and advertising budget ● Analyse data to promote our product and gain customers. ● Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand. ● Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure its outcome ● Identifying potential channel partners to position our products ● Planning seasons promotional calendar activities plan. ● Increasing brand awareness and market share. ● Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. ● Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. ● Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. ● Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. The following are the mandates for the candidates: ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. ● A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. ● Experience with strategic marketing operations, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising, or multi-branded marketing a plus ● Experience with management and building/developing team talent. ● Strong knowledge of the offline marketing landscape and how they interrelate. ● Demonstrable experience of working on critical, highly visible projects and thriving even when given a short timeline. ● At least two years' experience as a marketing manager. ● Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Also, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: ● Decision-making – Weighing various options and determining what actions will yield the best results for the company’s success. ● Delegation – Delegate tasks to the right people. ● Networking – Building relationships both inside and outside of the organization to create valuable connections ● Planning – IT executives need to envision the future of the ID department and determine what actions and decisions will best contribute to the end goal of the company. ● Stress Management – Being a top leader often involves a good deal of stress, so maintaining grace under pressure serves one well. Positions available: ● Full Time: 3 Payscale for Full Time: ● Probation Period(60days/2 Months): Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- per month ● Final On-board: Rs. 25,000 per month
