Designation : Marketing Executive
Job Description : We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: â— Formulation of Branding & Marketing Strategies â— Planning Marketing requirement in the region for all the product offerings which should culminate into revenue generation â— Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. â— Responsible for establishing and managing a marketing and advertising budget â— Analyse data to promote our product and gain customers. â— Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand. â— Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure its outcome â— Identifying potential channel partners to position our products â— Planning seasons promotional calendar activities plan. â— Increasing brand awareness and market share. â— Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. â— Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. â— Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. â— Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. The following are the mandates for the candidates: â— Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. â— A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. â— Experience with strategic marketing operations, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising, or multi-branded marketing a plus â— Experience with management and building/developing team talent. â— Strong knowledge of the offline marketing landscape and how they interrelate. â— Demonstrable experience of working on critical, highly visible projects and thriving even when given a short timeline. â— At least two years' experience as a marketing manager. â— Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Positions available: â— Full Time: 3 Payscale for Full Time: â— Probation Period(60days/2 Months): Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- per month â— Final On-board: Rs. 25,000 per month
