Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: ✔ Maintaining financial records. ✔ Handling accounts payable and receivable. ✔ Checking invoices. ✔ Resolving accounts to the general ledger. ✔ Contacting clients about transactions and invoices. ✔ Handling queries related to accounts. The following are the mandates for the candidates: ✔ B.COM or BBA in business administration, sales or marketing ✔ Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role ✔ Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles ✔ Outstanding knowledge of Tally, Excel, MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Also, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: ✔ Decision-making – Weighing various options and determining what actions will yield the best results for the company’s success. ✔ Delegation – Delegate tasks to the right people. ✔ Networking – Building relationships both inside and outside of the organization to create valuable connections ✔ Planning – IT executives need to envision the future of the ID department and determine what actions and decisions will best contribute to the end goal of the company. ✔ Stress Management – Being a top leader often involves a good deal of stress, so maintaining grace under pressure serves one well. Positions available: ✔ Full Time: 1 Payscale for Full Time: ✔ Probation Period(60days/2 Months): Rs. 8,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- per month ✔ Final On-board: Rs. 15,000 per month
