Job Description : We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: â— Develop fair HR policies with HR Manager and ensure employees understand and comply with them â— Help HR Manager in implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques â— Help HR Manager in designing compensation and benefits packages â— Help HR Manager in implementing performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) â— Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees along with the HR Manager. â— Monitor HR department’s budget â— Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) â— Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues. â— Manage employees’ grievances â— Help HR Manager in creating and running referral bonus programs â— Measure employee retention and turnover rates with the HR Manager. â— Oversee daily operations of the HR department with HR Manager. The following are the mandates for the candidates: â— B.Sc/M.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field â— Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications â— Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role â— Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems â— Experience with full-cycle recruiting â— Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) If you are joining our team, you will need to have a good command over the following: â— Demonstrable leadership abilities â— Strong communication skills â— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. â— Good written and verbal communication skills. â— Able to develop team-building and development ideas and processes and clearly express them. â— High degree of independent judgement. â— Dedicated team player. â— Complex problem solving skills. Positions available: â— Full Time: 2 Payscale for Full Time: â— Probation Period(60days/2Months): Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month â— Final On-board: Rs. 22,000 per month
