Designation : Marketing Manager
Job Description : JD: Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. Generating new business leads. Increasing brand awareness and market share. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Managing the marketing department's staff. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. Skills & Personal Traits 1. Can deliver outcomes personally 2. Understanding of the big picture, action planning, and executing different marketing campaigns both physical and digital. Education MBA preferred 3. Innovative, energetic, proactive, quick learner and takes responsibility for decisions and actions. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English 5. Ability to expand the network across West Bengal and beyond. Experience 1. 8-12 years of direct health marketing experience in West Bengal 2. Proven track record of delivering results 3. Has a network with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and medicine in Kolkata and surrounding districts 4. Experience to develop and manage, motivate his own team to deliver the outcome 5. Reporting to Management daily, weekly, and monthly on marketing campaigns and performance. Owning a vehicle is a must.
