Job Description Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process. Handling pre and post joining formalities. Handling employee engagement activities Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements * ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in any stream. At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations in a reputed organization. Proficiency in Ms Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams. Good communication and analytical skills.
