Job Description : Experienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets. Advising Investors on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase Understand client’s financial situation and advise accordingly Sound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation. Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization. Good Negotiation Skills Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (number crunching) and Presentation (PPT) skills Knowledge of preparing Leasing / Sales documentations (LOI / MoU / Lease or Sale Deeds / Agreement to Sale or Agreement to Lease etc.). Understand the implications and suggest accordingly. Should provide necessary comments on documents in the best interest of the organization in consultation with Legal Team Prepare benchmarking studies / competition analysis of assets relating to Orbit’s assets and market Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development operative Has to have good CRM Skills. Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information Work with IPC’s, Brokers and create a pipeline of opportunities. Nurture Relationships Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales Has to be a Team Player Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of Commercial Properties Knowledge of Government Policies wrt Real Estate Job Requirement – 5-7 years experience in real estate sales Excellent verbal & written communication skills Computer savvy with in-depth working knowledge of MS Office Smart, confident, and a go-getter
