Job Description : Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire location Handling distributors Looking after major key accounts Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers) Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities Liaisons with Trade Marketing teams and Area Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
