Designation : Medical Tele-Sales Executive
Job Description : Looking for a dynamic and innovative Tele-sales executive to present the Oaktree Connect platform to prospective clinical partners and onboard them into the Oaktree team successfully Key responsibilities will be :- • Learn the Oaktree Connect virtual clinic platform extremely well • Work closely with Marketing executives to generate leads • Communicate with prospects and schedule platform and process demonstrations • Make excellent demonstrations of the Oaktree Platform to prospective practitioners • Follow up on practitioners to respond to any queries and close a deal using direct value propositions or involving senior management if relevant • Manage all lead, prospects and conversion data in CRM system • Achieve predefined targets and enjoy major benefits • Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to create the perfect sales pitch • Research and create the physical sales event calendar along with clinical leaders • Create sales productivity and conversion reports and present it to senior management Skills required are :- • Excellent communication skills in English with neutral accent • Highly self motivated and well-organized approach to achieving sales objectives • Exceptional product demonstration and presentation skills • Excellent people skills to connect with people and build relationships over digital media • Ability to convince and close a deal with multiple follow-ups • Very high level of digital savviness to pick up Oaktree Connect platform and operate CRM and contact center software • Ability to think innovatively and out of the box in creating leads • Ability to work as a team with marketing executives, on ground sales executives and senior leadership The compensation package consists of a fixed compensation and a significant incentive model based on sales target achievement . Sales target is a combination of number of leads generated, number of practitioners presented to, no of practitioners onboarded and GPR (Gross Practitioner revenue) generated.
