We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive Mobilewalla’s DSML (Data Science – Machine Learning product suite. Mobilewalla DSML Product suite supports the next generation of DSML products which is spear heading us towards our growth story. A successful Product Manager will focus on translating the business value of product initiatives into functional features and user stories, will work day-to-day with the Data science, data Engineering and key stakeholders to define the requirements for cloud support, data ingestion, data insights, etcHelp maintaining Product Roadmaps, prioritizing and moving features from ideation to successful delivery. Location – Kolkata Responsibilities Work with one or more development teams on large scope projects across the entire product lifecycle (concept through end-of-life) participate in team ceremonies including stand-ups, story refinements and feature retrospectives, to align the team towards a clear vision of next steps and priorities and keep a constant check on feature success. Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to maintain a prioritized backlog Work with engineering to create high fidelity user stories, research spikes, and tasks. Help turn engineering research spikes into discrete pieces of work for the backlog Work with the design teams to oversee timely delivery of mockups Qualification MBA/ MS Computer Science/ MCA Bachelor in CS Requirements 3+ years of Product Management or business analyst experience in the enterprise software industry 1+ years of Software Business Analyst experience Dev Technical experience Demonstrated success defining and launching exciting software products in a CI/CD or Agile environment Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise scripts to technical and non-technical audiences Detail oriented with critical thinking skills - ability to break down initiative-level requirements into feature and story attribute level details Project management skills: ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinking with ability to build strong working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment Domain knowledge and experience with data science products and/or advanced analytics processing preferred
