Job Description : DIGITAL MARKETING & GROWTH SPECIALIST This profile is suitable for experienced Digital Marketing professionals who will be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, execution, measurement, and optimisation process of digital marketing strategies. Digital marketing is an extremely important element for our company's success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the internal design team to achieve specific objectives set such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy Experience in implementing Social media marketing including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram platforms, digital marketing trends, new social media sites, web technologies, Email, Mobile, Display, changes in algorithms and best practice. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital strategies & content for publishing onto various digital platforms. Exchange ideas for creative content for digital marketing. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience. Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team PPC (Pay per click) for Google AdWords Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords to increase company and brand awareness Google Webmasters and Analytics knowledge Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Excellent communication (Written and Spoken) skills. Measure performance and create daily reports for amendments and improvements.
