Job Description : Designation Sales Executive Role Defination Sales Executive is the one who is responsible for selling materials/goods to the customers. Their job is based on finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers. Actively seeks out prospects and pursues sales opportunities. Responsibility Deliverable 1. Data Sourcing And Management 2. Sales Meeting 3. Sales Proposal 4. Sales Conversion 5. Follow-up Regularly For Payments 6. Client Co-ordination Tasks & Activities 1. Data Sourcing And Management Find new customers using Google Search, Linked Connections, Email Finder, Email Databases 2. Sales Meeting Visit Our Customers' Plants across West Bengal to explain our products, help them with their product requirements, budget, and placing their enquiries. 3. Sales Proposal Inform office the customers requirements to generate quotations to be shared with them. 4. Sales Conversion Effective followups and meetings to receive orders. To use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deal and generate revenue. 5. Regular Follow-ups For Payments To be followed-up regularly with our customers for our due payments. 6. Client Co-ordination Maintaining healthy relationship with customers for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, providing resolutions after talking to seniors and delivery of materials. Measurement Metrics 1. 11 meetings per week; 44 meetings per month 2. 15 accounts converted per month 3. 30 lacs revenue genarated per month Office Timings Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm Salary Fixed Salary Rs. 9000/- to Rs. 20000/- (negotiable) Travel Expenses Extra Qualifications 1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2. 0 - 2 years of experience
