Job Description : Responsibilities and Duties ·Supervising measurement and 2d and 3d Designs for the Client. ·Preparing Mood Boards and Concepts ·Preparing Quotations for the Client. ·Preparing the Costing/ BOQ and appointing Vendors. ·Supervision of Site to Completion of the Project. ·Reporting weekly progress and timelines ·Styling the Interior Site ·Ensuring Project Completion on Time Qualifications and Skills ·Well spoken and good communication skills – English, Hindi and Bengali ·Diploma or Post Graduate in Interior Designing. ·Has experience of more than 3 years as head of Interior projects/sites ·Has complete knowledge of Auto Cad and can design complex layouts of residential/ commercial projects ·Is updated with the latest materials and techniques used in the interior design industry today ·Should be updated with latest trends in the Interior Design Industry ·Should have excellent aesthetic and design sense ·Can handle luxury interior projects single handedly and exclusively from Conception to Finishing.
