Responsibilities for System Administrator: Be the point of contact and take ownership of the entire IT Infrastructure, including the Website and products of the company to be deployed in the cloud infrastructure Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees Act on tickets to resolve issues, maintaining SOPs for specific events with log of errors and solution provided Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks, including Firewall and ILLs Handle procurement of computer hardware and consumables Qualifications for System Administrator: Certification or working knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP Experience in installation and configuration of Servers, Cloud Architecture, Cyber Security and Website Backend Experience working with different operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac OS Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and client 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
