Job Description : Experience in relevant post compulsory. Minimum 10 years industry experience. Posting- Baruipur Roles & Responsibilities 1. To handle Production/Planning activity of Leather and Textile Division, to ensure they are produced on time as per schedule. 2. To have complete knowledge of products, raw materials, production methods, schedules, dispatch information etc. 3. To prepare detailed plan in execution and smooth flow of the job, taking suggestion from Management if needed. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. 4. To have on hand information about the schedules, challenges, solution. so that proper communication to customer/reporting manager. 5. To Regularly walk the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staffs, interact with them. 6. To effectively communicate with Workers, address worker issues and resolve them. 7. To motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. 8. To take initiative in production, Audits 9. To enforce compliance with EHS(employee health & safety) to prevent accidents and injuries 10. To attend & understand of new job/product enquiries. 11. To Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order in coordination with Repair and Maintenance executive 12. To Make analysis of loss making jobs in the dept. 13. To Keep track on billing figure on weekly basis, achieving the monthly targets given. 14. To Discuss with Management about the Key challenges faced in reaching the targets given. 15. To Implement QA systems and procedures for achieving Quality standards of products in coordination with QC dept.. 16. To Identify training needs and track progress of career development of the team in coordination with HR 17. To attend in house training programs/meetings and share the experience / information with colleagues and fully involve in implementing the same in respective work place. 18. To take additional assignments given by Management from time to time.
