A) Position: Consultant-ERP Solution Brief job Profile: The individual will be responsible to understand and examine the existing business process, pin points strengths and weaknesses. Will be responsible to create a scope document capturing the complete requirement post system study. Process changes if any, should be proposed to optimize the overall yield expected out of ERP deployment. Prepare required presentation and present the proposed solution to the client. Will try to MAP client’s requirement with the default ERP solution to be offered and the GAPs if any. Should work closely with the Development team to share his input for the customization therefore. Required skills and qualifications Qualification: Graduate & Above (Preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA) Skills: • Strong knowledge of Business Process and Technology is a must • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills • Project Management Skills • Key Accountant Management • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill • Strong sense of Organization & Time Management • Team work & Collaboration • Knowledge of Tally ERP Solution will be an added advantage. Compensation: CTC 3.6L to 4.5L (Depending on the Qualification and Experience of the Individual) Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same profile and Served Small and Medium Enterprises. The individual will be responsible for: • Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations. • Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements. • Prepare and finalize the complete Scope Document. • Present the offered solution, get client’s signoff to finalize the deal. • Identify Gaps between Clients complete requirement with the default ERP Software solution. • Write down design specification and estimates for solution based out of client’s requirement. • Help team in developing and configuring customized ERP solutions. • Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. • Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance. • Providing ERP end-user training and technical support. • Will assist team during UAT and help in account closure. • Will identity training need if any and help in delivering the same to ensure optimum system usage leading to customer satisfaction.
