Job Description : Profile : Technical Content Writer Work Experience: 3 to 5 years Required Skill Set/Roles and Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Proven working experience in technical content writing Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities Create and maintain the information architecture Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement Monitor metrics on the usage of training materials as well as direct customer feedback to prioritize future training investments.
