Designation : Manager - Commercial Claims
Job Description : Manage Registration, billing and adjudication of claims based on laid down process check and controls within the defined turnaround times. Ensure accuracy of deductions and payments in accordance with the rules, regulations, regulatory guidelines and products terms and conditions. Evaluate completeness of claim documents submission and verify the information. Timely processing and adjudication of claims. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to specific claims. Evaluation of claim documents to check admissibility Process the reimbursement and cashless claims Interpretation of the policy wordings for arriving on admissibility Ensure proper data is captured as per defined claim processes/ guidelines. Process claims as per daily targets. Claims processing as per claims SOP
