Job Description : Taking care of Sales performance and Sales Team.The candidate needs to take care of all administrative daily operation along with HR Duties. Payroll Management / Salary Preparation and disbursement too. Candidate will be responsible for leave and attendance management. Candidate will take care of vendor management. Candidates will maintain payroll files for all employees. Candidate will be solely responsible for END TO END recruitment. Candidate will be responsible for designing of induction and orientation program. Candidate will be responsible for designing of compensation and benefits program. Candidate will be responsible for performance appraisal for all employees. Candidate will be responsible for full and final settlement. Candidates will be responsible for employee database management. Preferable Candidate : - Having atleast 5 years of experience in HR Domain
