Our clientele includes leading brands such as Aldo, Carter’s, Shure, HomesRUs, Petromin, Enamor, Candere by Kalyan Jewelers etc. We are headquartered in Bangalore with offices in Calicut, Ahmedabad, Dubai and Singapore. www.codilar.com General Role Description: We are looking for a dedicated PHP Developer who will be responsible for writing server-side web application logic, developing back-end components, connecting the application with the other web services, and supporting the front-end developers by integrating their work with the application. Job Objectives: ï‚· Develop features in Magento based e-commerce portals ï‚· Integration of Magento portals with external systems ï‚· Develop Magento extensions ï‚· Diagnose and fix bugs in Magento websites ï‚· Customize Magento functionalities ï‚· Optimize speed of Magento by identifying and fixing bottlenecks Desired Experience & Skills ï‚· Should have minimum 1-3 yrs of experience as PHP Developer. ï‚· Proficient in Object Oriented PHP, MVC, Javascript, jQuery, SQL, HTML and CSS ∙ Extensive experience in any one of the PHP frameworks such as Codeigniter, Cakephp, Laravel, Zend, Symphony etc. ï‚· Deep understanding of the MVC architecture and data flow. ï‚· Solid experience in large scale web development. ï‚· Strong knowledge in Database Design and ORM concepts. ï‚· Ability to write structured, modular and optimized code is a MUST. ï‚· Experience in Magento 1 or 2 is a strong added advantage ï‚· Experience in e-commerce development is an added advantage ï‚· Experience working in Linux environments ï‚· Good knowledge in GIT concepts and operations ï‚· Knows how to consume 3rd party RESTful services ï‚· Good oral and written communication skills are an advantage.
