Designation : Customer Relations Executive
Job Description : 1. Taking all orders via calls of customers. Understanding their exact needs and updating all order details. 2. Pitching a higher sale to the client 3. Generating leads via collaborations and tie ups with resellers 4. Up - selling to a customer 5. Achieving monthly sale targets 6. Responding to all complaints and inquiries politely and efficiently. Tactfully. 7. Keeping records of customer data base and updating it with email- address- contact- special dates. 8. Organizing workshops from time to time. 9. Sending broadcasts, and hosting weekly sales 10. Keeping records of mode of payments. 11. Sending payment reminders and assuring it's been cleared.
