Job Description : Manage Production activities on shop floor co-ordinate with cross functional team for daily requirements of production activities Manpower and shift planning Ensure maximum machine uptime and productivity Look of different cost reduction opportunities by optimizing processes Training & Skill matrix update for shop floor employees Monitoring, controlling and improving production process. Assurance of product quality. Monitoring and ensuring efficient operation of machines. Assurance of safety regulations observance. Monitoring general discipline and order in the production. Supporting employees by prototype production. Able to get maximum production with min scrap and best upkeep of tools & tooling . Preparation of shift plans to assure sufficient personnel. Kaizen Production System Awareness. 5S Implementation , TPM. Support & Coordinate for Customer Audit, ISO Audit, Financial Audit, etc.
