Designation : Sales Manager
Job Description : To plan, organise and conduct all the Marketing, Sales and Business Development activities for STAUFF india Ltd in the assigned region. To gather market intelligence and analyse the competition with the aim of gaining market knowledge & strategising the marketing & sales activities. To maintain excellent distributor relationship and achieve targets by driving sales through them. To strategise acqusition of new clients and to ensure that the service level agreements are met in servicing them. To coordinate and engage in reconciliation of accounts with accounts team and distributor/customer. Coordinate collection of C - Forms & oustandig payments from the customers. To actively strategise and participate in the tenders notices from Givernment & Private companies, giving quotations, and finalising the deals in coordination with the CEO & MD . To coordinate the sales activities of the team members and ensure that they achieve the monthly/yearly targets. To ensure effective communication between the stake holders of the organisation thereby enabling synergy. To impliment marketing strategies and maximise the revenue.
