As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor. Job Description: As a Production Supervisor at Eventech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the production and execution of events. You will work closely with our event management teams to ensure that every event is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with the client's requirements. Key Responsibilities: Production Coordination: Collaborate with the event management team to understand event requirements and ensure that all production aspects are properly planned and executed. Vendor Management: Identify, liaise with, and manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event production needs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Logistics Management: Plan and oversee the logistics of event materials, equipment, and resources, including transportation and setup at event venues. Quality Control: Ensure that the production and setup meet the highest quality standards and comply with safety regulations. Budget Management: Monitor and control production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results. Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to the production team members, including technicians and laborers. Documentation: Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to production activities. Problem-Solving: Address any production-related issues and troubleshoot challenges as they arise during events. Qualifications and Requirements: A graduate degree in a relevant field. Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Previous experience in event production, logistics, or a related role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced event environment. Flexibility to work during weekends and extended hours, as per event requirements.
