Job Description : Job Summary: Arvind Industrials Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and manage employee documentation. Assist in implementing HR policies and performance management systems. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR functions. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
