The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and provide financial forecasts to support business planning. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and national tax regulations, including the timely filing of returns and adherence to tax laws. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and strategic initiatives. Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency. Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records and transactions are accurate and well-documented. Account Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various business initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and accounting procedures. Compliance: Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's accounting practices are in compliance. Qualifications: CA (Inter) / ICWA qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Location: The position is based in Assam, India.
