Designation : Network Engineer
Job Description : Hue Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer to take charge of our network infrastructure and lead our network support team in Kolkata. As an L3 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions, resolving escalated network issues, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to drive network improvements. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement complex network solutions to meet business requirements. Act as the highest level of technical escalation for network-related issues, providing expert guidance and resolutions. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical training and guidance on network troubleshooting and design. Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues, collaborating with L2 and L1 support teams when necessary. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential problems. Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure security and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements and provide network expertise in projects. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software upgrades to enhance performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
