Job Description : RADHA GOBINDO ROY Grandson Jewellers is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our team at our showroom in Cuttack, Odisha. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about retail and customer service to start their career in the jewellery industry. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting jewellery products Showcase and explain various jewellery items, their features, and pricing Maintain a clean and well-organized display counter Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Support in billing and packaging of purchased items Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers only) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, well-groomed, and polite Willingness to learn about jewellery and sales techniques Basic understanding of sales etiquettes and customer handling Ability to stand for extended periods during working hours Fluent in Odia and Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage Male candidates only, as per job role requirements
