Our student-first approach combines academic expertise with personalized career-focused guidance to help students succeed internationally. Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Study Abroad). The role involves engaging with prospective students through B2B and B2C channels, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and offering customized study-abroad solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation through schools, colleges, and agent networks, coordinating with the marketing team, conducting counseling sessions, supporting the application-to-visa pipeline, maintaining partner relationships, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven achievement of sales targets Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot preferred) Strong understanding of the Study Abroad process (mandatory) Effective objection handling and a student-centric mindset Ability to work independently with accountability Experience in onboarding B2B agents through established networks Capability to drive maximum student enrollments Preferred Background Study Abroad industry EdTech sales Immigration consultancy International student counselling Compensation Structure Fixed salary: Up to ₹4 LPA Incentives: ₹5,000 per enrolled student Performance Bonus: 1% revenue share for achieving 50+ annual enrollments
