As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our resort and attract guests. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue for Sea Star Spa Resort. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and partnerships to reach target audiences effectively. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, advertisements, website, and social media platforms. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support hotel sales initiatives. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel sales or marketing. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
