Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Garia, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and generalist responsibilities. Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support performance management processes. Coordinate training & development activities. Foster a healthy work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives. Handle grievance management and conflict resolution. Assist with payroll inputs and HR reporting. Eligibility Criteria: Education: MBA (HR) preferred / Any graduate with relevant experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the travel industry. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
