Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Kolkata. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain and manage all aspects of the company's financial records. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Taxation: Handle all aspects of taxation, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Implement and maintain internal controls. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs. Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making. Provide guidance and training to junior staff members. Qualifications and Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter qualified. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
