Job Description: Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchisee Development Manager to join our team at Pathfinder Educational Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network by identifying, recruiting, and managing franchise partners in designated regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for franchisee recruitment, expansion, and growth. Identify potential franchise partners through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of potential franchisee candidates. Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and terms with new franchise partners. Provide guidance and support to franchisees regarding operational, marketing, and business development activities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise outlets, providing necessary support and guidance for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures across all franchise locations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to franchise operations. Qualifications and Experience: MBA or Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in Franchisee Development, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record in franchisee recruitment, management, and business development. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed to various locations for business meetings and partner engagements. Benefits: Competitive annual CTC of ₹4 - ₹5 Lakhs / PA based on experience and qualifications.
