Job Description : Job Description: Front Desk Executive (Female) at ADB Canvas  Mandarmani, West Bengal ADB Canvas  Mandarmani is a luxury beachfront hotel located in the beautiful coastal town of Mandarmani, West Bengal. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive (Female) to join our team. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel. Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests, both in person and over the phone. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed accurately. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, promptly addressing any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and promotional materials. Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate records are maintained and updated in the hotel management system. Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, adhering to established procedures. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure the safety and security of guests. Assist in handling guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to address concerns and improve guest experiences. Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing team to promote special offers, packages, and events to guests. Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparation of reports as required. Stay updated with local events, attractions, and dining options to provide recommendations and assist guests in planning their itinerary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali, with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computers and hotel management software systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the hotel's needs.
