Job Description : Job Description of Marketing Executive at Dhanvesttor: As a Marketing Executive at Dhanvesttor, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, heading various marketing activities from marketing research to digital and offline marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and analysis of current trends, competitive ventures, segmentation targeting and positioning exercises 2. Apply consumer behaviour to Dhanvesttor’s online and offline marketing strategies 3. Generate ideas for Dhanvesttor’s online and offline marketing campaigns 4. Create catchy and aesthetic graphics and canva presentations as per Dhanvesttor’s brand guide 5. Lead ad-hoc marketing projects 6. Copyright (using SEO) for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, blogs, website material, etc.) 7. Head the marketing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency 8. Embrace opportunities for learning and development within the marketing field Job Requirements: ● Completed a master's degree program in marketing, management or any relevant field ● 2-3 years of experience in the marketing domain ● Effective knowhow of market research tools and techniques ● Advanced understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms and offline marketing techniques ● Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ● Strong creativity and an eye for visual design, with the ability to transform concepts into compelling graphics ● Basic knowledge of finance or an eagerness to learn about financial markets and investment strategies ● Motivation and skill to lead a team Critical Skills and Attributes: 1. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize even when multitasking 2. Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written) 3.
