Designation : Data Entry Operator
Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator to handle a variety of administrative and data management tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering financial and operational data into company systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized. Your expertise in Tally and attention to detail will be key in supporting our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into the Tally system and ensure data integrity. Process and update financial and inventory records, invoices, and receipts in a timely manner. Maintain and update accounting and financial records regularly. Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. Handle routine office tasks like filing, scanning, and organizing records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient data flow. Perform data verification and ensure that all entries are correct and complete. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed. Assist in maintaining and generating reports for management as required. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce). Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role (Data Entry, Tally, or Accounting). Skills: Good knowledge of Tally for data entry and financial record-keeping. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
