Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform microbiological analysis of food products, water, and environmental samples. Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices across production units. Maintain records of test results and prepare detailed reports. Support in identifying and resolving contamination issues. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and internal quality standards. Assist in audits and implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, etc.). Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Graduate in Microbiology (B.Sc. Microbiology or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or microbiology lab environment is preferred. Freshers with strong academic background and practical knowledge may also apply. Desired Skills: Knowledge of food microbiology and food safety standards. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and microbiological testing methods. Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
