JOB PROFILE: Marketing Manager Responsibilities: ▪ Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic. ▪ Creating graphic contents related to our products and services for digital marketing platforms. ▪ Strategising and getting approval on a budget to use extensively to promote our company and products & services. ▪ Creating written and graphical content for brochures, website and other print & digital platforms. ▪ Understanding the market and presenting to the board with analytics and reports. ▪ Handle and manage the Company’s various social media channels to drive growth and business. ▪ Go through company sales data and give a comprehensive analysis. ▪ Brainstorming and coming up with new creative digital marketing concepts. ▪ Ability to create and deliver compelling company presentations. ▪ Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally ▪ Ensure marketing materials are updated and available. ▪ Create collateral and tools to support sales and channel enablement. ▪ Organizing trade shows participations ▪ Email campaign development and implementation ▪ Design and deliver emails ▪ Craft email campaigns ▪ Experience in handling WordPress and uploading new content on website. Requirement: ▪ Good experience in content creation. ▪ Must have experience on creating content and publishing across key social media sites ▪ Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter, College degree in marketing, communications and/or technical areas ▪ Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing) ▪ Know how on deriving data from different digital marketing platform analytics. ▪ The ability to communicate on social platforms in a consistent, on-brand voice. ▪ Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Qualifications: ▪ Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field. ▪ Experience working for a Tech company in a Marketing Role. ▪ Location: Kolkata Head Office
