Job Description : About Us: LOQZ LLP, a leading manufacturer of PVC door locks, is based in Kondotty, Kerala. We are expanding our sales network in West Bengal and are looking for a talented and aggressive Sales Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about field sales and have a keen understanding of the sales cycle, we’d love to meet you. Job Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations across West Bengal by appointing dealers and distributors. Take orders for LOQZ LLP products, ensuring sales targets are met. Identify potential sales opportunities and grow the dealer/distributor network in the region. Manage sales collections and ensure timely payment from clients. Effectively manage and guide sales teams to maximize performance. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in a similar role. Good knowledge of the sales cycle, including target achievement, collections, and team management. Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time) across West Bengal. Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven and result-oriented.
