Designation : Front Office Executive

Job Description : Job Description: Sureka Group is seeking a Front Office Executive to provide excellent administrative and front office support at our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage front-office duties efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Position Requirements: Proficiency in handling EPBX systems for managing incoming and outgoing calls Scheduling and organizing meetings efficiently Managing travel arrangements, including ticketing and accommodations Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Young, smart, and enthusiastic with positive body language and a professional demeanor Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming front desk environment Manage calls, messages, and appointment scheduling for staff Support internal teams with travel and meeting arrangements Maintain and update front desk records and logs Qualifications: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities effectively
