Job Description : Lead Generation & Qualification 1. Developing new leads by cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, social media & other sources. 2. Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. 3. Cold call to promote sales of products and services to potential customers and set. appointments. 4. Achieving individual & team lead generation and appointment target. Coordination & Follow-up 1. Post setting appointment with client coordinate with Sales Team. 2. Regular follow up with new and existing customers. 3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Data Management 1. Enter and update customer information in the database. 2. Data Management that includes fully scalable relational database management system
