Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the technical benefits and value proposition of our products or services. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, functionality, and capabilities of our products or services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, challenges, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify potential sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts, ensuring accurate and timely submission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and maximize customer success. Provide feedback and market intelligence to the product development team for continuous product improvement and innovation. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
