Designation : Marketing Manager
Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s industrial products and services. Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives, trade shows, and industry events. Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product brochures to enhance brand visibility. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Skills Required: Proven experience in industrial or B2B marketing. Strong understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to create and implement marketing plans that drive sales growth. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience in marketing for mechanical or engineering products. Knowledge of industrial product distribution channels and market dynamics.
