Designation : Office Administrator / Admin Manager
Job Description : The primary roles and responsibilities for this position would be as follows: - Basic office administration. - Document and invoice management. - Work closely with the accounts executive. Ensure that TDS filing, PTax filing, GST filing, IT filing and Tax and Statutory Audit and ROC compliances are completed on time. - Ensure timely payment of direct taxes, office rent, office maintenance, invoices and other accounts payable. - Work closely with the bank relationship manager assigned to the company. Take care of bank formalities, including but not limited to opening of salary accounts for new joiners, addressing issues related to corporate banking, salary disbursement, KYC compliances and so on. - Carry out joining formalities for new joiners (it is a small company; number of employees joining every year is small). - Keep a track of all office/business related activities and ensure their timely completion. - Work closely with other support functions and address issues as and when they arise. - Asset procurement and asset tagging. - Timely renewal and monitoring of AMCs related to office assets and operations. - Ensure that servicing (based on AMC) is done from time to time.
