Designation : Mechanical Engineer
Job Description : Job Description: DR Steel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of mechanical processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment. Participate in the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical machinery. Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines, ensuring minimal downtime. Work with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing processes. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment. Support production teams by providing technical assistance and resolving engineering-related issues. Document work processes, equipment specifications, and maintenance schedules. Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives through efficient engineering practices. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a mechanical engineering role (preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry). Skills: Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals. Proficient in the use of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in industrial environments. Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and skills).
