Designation : HR Executive
Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join the Institute of Sensory Integration & Research Centre in Kolkata. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the human resources functions of the organization and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training arrangements. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events. Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating performance improvement plans. Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the implementation of HR programs, such as employee recognition, rewards, and wellness initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate records related to attendance, leaves, and other HR data. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
